The Fabricator in Focus campaign from Profile 22 has set tongues wagging since its launch last October. The deliberately stark advertisements, supported by online profiles promote the successes and development of key Profile 22 customers, and the strength of their relationship with the systems house.
Run across print and online platforms, the campaign has featured Profile 22 fabricators big and small, including Burbage Custom Windows, Stedek Windows & Doors, Sekura Group, Heritage Trade Frames, Total Glass, and most recently Polar Windows.
In just over six months the campaign has generated over one thousand clicks via online advertising, while the Fabricator in Focus webpage is one of the highest ranked pages on the Profile 22 website. Social media has also played an integral role in the success of the campaign with content shared and engaged with across Twitter, facebook, LinkedIn, Google+ and Vimeo.
“We’re incredibly proud of our customers and we wanted to shout their successes from the rooftops. For over 30 years our customers have been investing, developing and expanding, and we’ve been with them every step of the way. This campaign has allowed us to promote the strength of these relationships through some very powerful soundbites,” says Katie Leese, Profile 22 brand manager (trade).
Customer quotes have formed the basis of the print and online advertisements, such as this one from Frank Deary, group managing director of Total Glass. “I picked the right profile supplier 30 years ago. They ticked all the boxes; a high-quality and sustainable product offering with a stable supply chain. And that decision back in 1984 has formed the business we have today. With Profile 22’s support we are one of the UK’s largest fabricators of PVC-U products.”
“Customer loyalty is something that can often be taken for granted; for us that couldn’t be further from the truth. Loyalty is an incredibly valuable asset. The Fabricator in Focus campaign isn’t just a promotion of our best and greatest, it’s an insight into what makes a truly rewarding customer/supplier relationship.
“We also appreciate that it’s not just one person who deals with our customers – it’s not just about sales or a rep on the road. That’s why we chose individuals from across our business to talk about their relationship with the customers, from our technical department through to customer services.”
Over the coming months Profile 22 will continue to promote its customers across multi-media platforms so be sure to keep an eye out for the next fabricator to be featured or why not visit www.profile22.co.uk/fabricator-profiles to read all about those who’ve already been in focus!
