A central euro groove provides extra strength, with multiple layers making this less susceptible to manual attack, while thickening the areas around locks and handles keeps everything firmly in place.

One of the many benefits of PVC is that it offers excellent insulation. We mould this into multi-chambered profiles for our windows and doors, which traps air to form an insulating barrier. Our aluminium options make use of thermal break technology to separate the inside of the frame from the outside, keeping heat in.
Whether you choose our PVC or aluminium products, all are built with efficient seals and fit seamlessly, so you can say goodbye to draughts and cold spots. Beyond the frames, glazing is also critical and we boost the performance of the glass we use to retain warmth and contribute to passive solar gain.
The result is truly energy efficient windows and doors. These meet current regulations of a Window Energy Rating (WER) of C – and can be further enhanced in many cases to achieve A and even A++ ratings.

The use (and reuse) of sustainable materials
Our systems use PVC and aluminium, both considered sustainable materials thanks to their long lifespan and ability to be easily recycled. In fact, PVC-U products last for over 40 years and can be recycled up to ten times, while aluminium is considered almost endlessly recyclable.
Many of our products contain an amount of recycled material. We’re working on ways to take this further with additional capability to reclaim PVC building materials at the end of their life, allowing us to increase the proportion of recycled material in our products.
We’re part of the VinylPlus® Product Label scheme, so you can check our credentials for manufacturing sustainable and high performance PVC-U products – just look for the VinylPlus logo.
Creating greener homes
Our window and door systems help to build more environmentally friendly homes, achieving A and A+ ratings for energy efficiency, cutting your carbon emissions. We’re always looking for ways to enhance our offering, with innovations such as RCM thermal inserts – which are made from 100% recycled PVC-U and provide a cost-effective way to improve insulation – and AEROFRAME technology to increase the insulation of our frames.
